At Auto Hyre, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your experience. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

You have requested the refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

You have not used the service for more than 30 minutes in total.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@autohyre.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Refund Exclusions

No Listings Created
If you have not created any job listings on the platform, you are eligible for a refund. -
No Resumes Added
If you have not uploaded or processed any resumes, you may request a refund. -
No Interviews Created
If no interviews have been set up, either through our automated tools or manually, you qualify for a refund. -
No Candidates Invited
If no candidate has been invited to participate in any interviews via the platform, your refund request will be considered.
Refund Requests

Once we receive your refund request, it will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
